The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Fighters Party

Ever since the premiere of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept fans guessing with extensive world-building, a wide array of characters, and a gripping narrative featuring angels, fiends, and sinister influences increasing in strength within Dol-Makjar.

Warning: Revealing details for Episode 3 of Campaign 4 are included.

The Combat-Oriented Party Unveiled

Episode 3 concluded with a major cliffhanger and introduced the premier party of heroes who will split off from the main group to embark on their separate journey, apart from the remaining groups.

The Soldiers table features the determined fighter (played by Travis Willingham), the nimble rogue (Laura), the strong-willed figure (Whitney), Wicander (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (the actor).

The Reason for Division

Considering 13 cast members, it was clear from the outset that maintaining everyone at one table would be unworkable.

This explains, the opening chapters of this story serve as an Overture, intertwining the characters’ stories before dividing into three separate parties: Soldiers, Planners, and Explorers.

Characteristics of the Combat Party

Per the DM, the warrior group is for players who enjoy a classically intense battle-oriented gameplay experience where peaceful solutions are scarce.

Initially, figures such as the hesitant healer Wicander might look unsuited, but the events of the third episode make it clear why these specific adventurers are best suited for the Soldiers table.

Reasons to Leave

First, the party has a clear idea where to go next after a intense opening clash with The Crow Keepers.

Casimir of Thjazi—whose death initiated the campaign’s events—manipulated the enemy for his own means, invading the secret base, striking the rogue, and taking all the powerful objects to sell off.

The antagonist then cleared his liabilities and ran away to a secure base in Gormalay, Timmony, north of the urban center, with Cyd hot on his heels.

Character Drivers

Additionally, each adventurer has a individual motive to exit the metropolitan area:

  • The rogue, as the close ally and closest confidant, seeks vengeance.
  • The adventurer has experience in Timmony and warns that it is a hostile environment.
  • The strong character and The healer, having resisted his house’s orders to execute Teor and instead rescued him, have nowhere else to go.
  • Yet, their position as prominent individuals in House Halovar could assist the team access locations they normally couldn’t.
  • Furthermore, Teor vowed a life debt to The savior for his deliverance and will now follow him wherever.

Wanted and Hunted

Finally, all of them are sought by the authorities that control the city for a multiple motives, making remaining behind too risky:

  • Thimble and The character are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The warrior and Wicander turned against the powerful family and the army of fiends they are partnered with.
  • The fighter is wanted dead by the family.

This leaves them few options but to travel to the northern region in quest for Casimir.

Future Episodes

Based on the recent installment’s follow-up content, we learn that the Soldiers table will be absent in the upcoming installment, leaving the rest of the players to round up the Seekers and Strategists parties.

Fans can look forward to discovering which adventurers will be where in the season’s concluding setup installment, released on the upcoming Thursday.
